All shops within the Newsquest Shopping Mall is conducted
within an environment designed to create security for
users. However, in order to use this environment, you

cookies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the security of
information or payments transmitted via the Internet cannot
be guaranteed. Any losses incurred or sustained by users
who transmit information including credit card details
by means of e-mail or other Internet links shall be borne
solely and exclusively by such users. This shop excludes
all liability to the users in respect of any such losses.

& Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and
are correct at the time of entering the relevant information.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
but this will not affect any accepted orders. A charge
will be made for fulfilment on all orders.
Payment must be made by credit card.

Order and Contract Formation
For the avoidance of doubt, the advertisements appearing
in this site constitute an invitation to treat. If you
wish to purchase goods from us you should order by completing
the order form at this site. There will be no binding
contract between us until we send you an e-mail confirming
your order.
- Availability
of Goods
All orders are subject to product availability. If the
product you have ordered is not available from stock,
you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone (if you have
entered the details) and will have the option either to
wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.
- Despatch
You should allow up to twenty eight days for delivery.
Risk of damage to or loss of your purchase will pass to
you at the time of delivery to the address provided by
you, or, if you are not available to receive your delivery,
at the time when we have tendered delivery of your purchase.
- Satisfaction
or Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14
days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must
be returned in their original and unused condition together
with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase and at
your cost unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty
when you received it.
